The Visual Layout is an optional component that allows you to select tables visually. By default when selecting tables for a reservation each table is shown in a list.

The graphic shows a scaled down example of a Visual Layout:

To enable the Visual Layout option you must first have provided an example plan view of your restaurant, then:

1. Select Configure Settings from the Tools menu.
2. Select the Use Visual Layout when selecting tables option.
3. To finish click OK.
