Table Blocks allow you to create a set of tables that are available over a given range of dates. So for example you may make more tables available on special dates in the year, such as Valentine's Day. In this case you would create a Table Block called Valentine's Day that includes the extra tables.

To create a Table Block:

1. Select Configure Table Blocks from the Tools menu.
2. Click the Add button.
3. Enter the name of the Table Block.
4. Select the dates you want the Table Block to apply to, if the Table Block should always be available select All Dates.

Tips

· You can also use Table Blocks to set the duration of reservations. Change the Set duration on reservation to to the required length.
